Brownies ini dari putih telur. Tapi rasa dan tekstur ga berasa kalau dari putih telur. Setiap gigitan akan terasa greget &#x2013; greget kelapa keringnya. Enak&#x2026;, coba deh !

Bahan : 
75 gr santan kental instant
30 gr minyak goreng
&#xBD; sdt garam
150 gr coklat masak pekat, dipotong &#x2013; potong
120 gr tepung terigu protein sedang
30 gr kelapa kering instant
150 gr putih telur
&#xBD; sdt cream of tartar
100 gr gula pasir

Cara membuat :

1.	Panaskan santan, minyak goreng dan garam. Matikan api. Tambahkan potongan coklat. Aduk sampai coklat larut
2.	Tuang ke tepung terigu yang sudah diayak dan diaduk rata. Tambahkan kelapa kering. Aduk rata, sisihkan.
3.	Kocok putih telur dan cream of tartar sampai setengah mengembang. Tambahkan gula pasir sedikit sedikit  sambil dikocok sampai mengembang.
4.	Tuang ke campuran tepung terigu sedikit- sedikit sambil diaduk perlahan.
5.	Tuang dalam loyang 24x12x4 cm yang telah dioles margarine dan dialas kertas roti.

Nama cakenya rada unik ! Ga tau kenapa pake Putri Koneng. Aku dapat dari buku resepnya sharp, bonus beli oven. Cakenya ok n mudah, silahkan dicoba!

Bahan :

5 btr telur
140 gr gula pasir
130 gr tepung terigu
1 sdm susu bubuk
100 gr mentega ( dicairkan )
1 sdt SP/TBM ( bisa dihilangkan)
Garam secukupnya

Untuk Toping :
50 gr margarine
30 gr gula halus
Keju parut secukupnya

Cara membuat :
1.	Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga mengembang, masukkan TBM/SP, kocok lagi.
2.	Aduk rata tepung terigu, susu bubuk dan garam, ayak. Masukkan dalam kocokan telur, aduk perlahan. Tambahkan mentega cair, aduk rata.
3.	Tuang dalam loyang 22 yang telah dioles mentega dan dialas kertas.
4.	Panggang dalam oven 190C hingga matang.
5.	Untuk toping : campur margarine dan gula halus, aduk rata kemudian oleskan diatas cake yang sudah dingin, taburi keju parut, potong &#x2013; dan sajikan.</description>

<title>Long week end at Puncak</title>
<description>Memanfaatkan libur 17 Agustus kemarin kita ke puncak. Berangkat Sabtu sore, agak khawatir macet, tapi ternyata lancar hanya sedikit tersendat dekat taman safari. Kita mampir ke Cimory buat dinner. Wah, suasananya enak bener. Boleh deh mampir buat yang mau ke puncak. Makanannya juga lumayan , tersedia aneka makanan ringan. Dan yang utama adalah susu !! Malam pertama kita menginap di bungalow Lembah Bukit Raya . Besoknya pindah ke Green Apple Garden. Wah, rame bener !
Hari Senin menjelang siang kita balik Jakarta, sebelumnya mampir ke gereja di Lembah Karmel. Perjalanan ke Jakarta macet total. Akhirnya menunggu satu arah kita mampir ke resort dan hotel taman safari buat lunch. Restonya besar dan nyaman .Makanan di sini lumayan aja, tapi harganya relatif murah dibanding harga makanan hotel biasanya.
Selesai lunch sekitar jam tigaan kita meneruskan perjalanan , sudah satu arah dan lancar sampai Jakarta.</description>

<title>ROTI  MANIS GULUNG KEJU</title>
<description>Ini resep boleh aku nyontek dari tabloid Nova kayanya. Udah lama bener ! Buat yang kemarin minta, silahkan dicoba ya. Mudah &#x2013; mudahn sukses.

Bahan :

75 gr tepung  terigu protein sedang
175 gr tepung terigu protein tinggi
10 gr susu bubuk
 &#xBD; bungkus ragi instat
50 gr margarine
40 gr gula pasir
&#xBC; sdt garam
1 butir telur ayam
100 cc air / susu cair
125 gr keju parut
1 kuning telur untuk olesan

Cara membuat ;

1.	Campur semua bahan kering kecuali garam, aduk rata
2.	Masukkan telur, air uleni sampai rata, kemudian masukkan mentega dan garam. Uleni terus hingga kalis.
3.	Diamkan selama 30 menit hingga mengembang.
4.	Kempiskan adonan dengan cara ditinju. Kemudia gilas adonan setebal yang diinginkan. Taburi dengan 100 gram keju parut, ratakan.
5.	Gulung dan rekatkan ujungnya dengan putih telur, lalu potong &#x2013; potong.
6.	Atur dalam loyang yang telah disemir margarine. Diamkan selam 10 menit.
7.	Olesi dengan kuning telur dan taburi tiap potongan dengan sisa keju parut....</description>

<title>Bolu Sakura</title>

( Bolu Panggang &#x26; Kukus Favorit &#x2013; Albertin Hoesni )

Bahan :
250 gr gula pasir
250 ml air
4 butir telur
1 sdt TBM 
225 gr terigu
1 sdt Baking Powder
50 gr mentega,  cairkan ( aku pakai anchor unsalted )

Cara membuat :

1.	Masak 125 gr gula pasir hingga menjadi caramel. Tuangi air dan masak mendidih tanpa diaduk, sisihkan.
2.	Kocok telur, sisa gula pasir dan TBM hingga mengembang. Masukan caramel, kocok rata. Masukkan terigu dan baking powder, Kocok rata. Tuang mentega cair, aduk rata.
3.	Tuang adonan dalam cetakan bola sakura yang telah dioles margarine dan ditabur terigu ( aku oles minyak sayur, lebih mudah ga usah pakai terigu lagi ). Kukus dalam kukusan  (yang telah dipanaskan) selama 15 menit, hinga matang. Angkat dan hidangkan.

Note :
Hati &#x2013; hati dalam mebuat karamel, jangan jadi gosong beneran. Bisa &#x2013; bisa kue jadi pahit !

<title>Lapis Surabaya</title>
<description>Ini resep cake yang aku buat untuk B;day cake nya Jean. Dulu sekali pernah ada yang minta. Sorry .baru sekarang sempat  aku share .
Ini resep dari tempat aku kursus. Menurutku dan beberapa teman lumayan enak. Ga banyak kuning telur, jadi ga usah takut kolestrol !:) Silahkan dicoba !

Bahan :	

18 Butir telur  ( 12 dibuang putihnya )
200 gram gula pasir
175 gram tepung terigu
25 gram tepung maizena
25 gram susu bubuk
20 gram SP
300 gram mentega cair ( aku pakai wisman campur margarine )
	
Cara membuat :

Siapkan loyang bundar 22 cm 3 buah, lapisi dengan kertas dan oles dengan margarine.
Panaskan oven suhu 180 

1.	Kocok telur , gula pasir dan sp sampai mengembang.
2.	Masukkan terigu, maizena dan susu bubuk, aduk perlahan sampai rata.
3.	Masukkan mentega cair aduk rata.
4.	Bagi menjadi 3 bagian untuk 3 loyang. 1 bagian beri coklat pasta.
5.	Tuang diatas loyang dan oven sampai matang.</description>

Si putri duyung kecil dengan rambut panjang, bergelombang dan melambai membutku terpesona. Kebetulan si Jean juga suka. <description>ORANGE PUDING

Resep ini dari sedap, tapi takaran bahannya ada yang aku rubah. 
Puding ini asam &#x2013; asam segar , perpaduan jeruk, white cooking chocolate ditambah jeruk kalengan. Hidangkan dingin &#x2013; dingin . asyik deh !:)

Bahan I :

1 Bungkus agar &#x2013; agar putih
750 ml air
100 gr gula pasir
2 sachet bubuk jeruk instant ( aku pakai nutrisari )
Jeruk mandarin kalengan

Bahan II :

&#xBD; bungkus agar &#x2013;agar putih
350 ml susu cair
50 gr white cooking chocolate
50 gr gula pasir

Cara membuat :

-	Rebus air, agar &#x2013; agar, gula pasir sambil diaduk sampai mendidih. Tambahkan bubuk serbuk jeruk instant. Aduk rata, angkat.
-	Tata jeruk pada cetakan, tuang sedikit agar &#x2013;agar, diamkan agak beku supaya jeruk tidak mengambang. Kemudian tuang lagi agar &#x2013; agar hingga &#xBE; cetakan. Biarkan setengah beku.
-	Rebus bahan II  hingga meletup. White cooking coklat dimasukkan pada saat agar &#x2013;agar sudah mendidih, aduk hingga larut.
-	Tuang ke atas bahan I, dinginkan.</description>

<title>LAPIS SUJI KUKUS</title>
<description>Bahan :

7 kuning telur
4 putih telur
200 gr gula pasir
200 gr terigu
150 ml santan
50 ml air suji ( 50 ml air + 20 lbr daun suji )

Cara membuat :

1.	Kocok telur dan gula pasir hingga mengembang, kental dan putih.
2.	Masukkan terigu sambil diayak bergantian dengan santan.
3.	Bagi dua adonan. Satu bagian diberi air suji, aduk rata.
4.	Tuang sebagian adonan putih dalam loyang dia 20 cm yang telah dioles minyak sayur dan dialas kertas. Kukus selama 10 menit , sampai matang.
5.	Tuang sebagian adonan suji kukus lagi 10 menit.
6.	Setelah matang lapis lagi dengan sisa adonan putih , kukus dan terakhir masukkan sisa adonan suji, kukus 15 menit, hingga matang.

Note :

Setelah matang angkat loyang dan diamkan sebentar saja, setelah keluarkan kue dengan membalik loyang di atas rak kawat, buka lapisan kertas dan dinginkan. Jika terlalu lama dalam loyang, kue akan menjadi basah.</description>
